Residents across Hunterdon County were treated to a stunning display of the aurora borealis Thursday night. The rare phenomenon lit up the sky with vibrant colors, prompting many to snap photos.


The geomagnetic storm responsible for the lights could potentially disrupt technology, but no significant incidents were reported.
