What a fantastic restaurant where we were able to enjoy a great breakfast while watching planes land and take off.
We ordered the blueberry pancakes, coconut banana French toast (unfortunately they ran out of coconut that day), and an avocado omelet. All of our meals came out perfect and delicious. Not only is it a great atmosphere to dine out, but we also had terrific service too.
The Sky Cafe does not take reservations and is a first come first serve. We visited Friday morning and were able to be seated right away, although it was pretty packed. We previously tried visiting on a Sunday morning and the wait time was over an hour. I highly recommend dining here and we will certainly be back.

About Sky Cafe
The Sky Cafe is located in the beautiful Hunterdon County town of Pittstown, New Jersey. Although they are located at Sky Manor airport, they are much more than a great place for pilots to hang out in. The restaurant is completely open to the public and is a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal with splendid views. During the nice weather they offer comfortable outdoor seating on our patio. Breakfast is served 7:30am-11:30am on weekdays and 7:30am-noon on weekends followed by our lunch service.
